Flue Gas Analyzer Sensonic 4500

The flue gas analyzer Sensonic 4500 is designed especially for service technicians who are permanently employed in measuring emissions and carrying out adjustments as well as making long-term measurements and inspections on various burner and heating equipment. For this purpose the analyzer is fitted with a high-powered dryer and heated hose. The flue gas analyzer can be equipped with 9 sensors (7 electrochemical and 2 NDIR sensors).

All parts of the flue gas analyzer are designed for a long and trouble-free operation. 6 additional analog inputs for voltage/current signals and temperature together with 2 optional analog outputs give the instrument an unheard of flexibility. The analyzer can also be fitted with two IR sensors for direct measurement of CO2 and CH4. Constructed to be compliant with EN50379.

A new version of a tried and trusted industry standard. The modern design keeps the inside of the instrument simple and service-friendly. Can be fitted with up to 8 sensors.
The standard version is equipped with five electrochemical sensors (O2, CO, NO, NO2 und SO2). A sixth electrochemical sensor can be fitted in addition to up to two IR sensors for measurement of CO2 and CH4. Our 5 gas analyzer has a new lease of life

The optional Peltier gas dryer enables the use of the analyzer for longer measurements.

Sensonic 100 continuous gas monitor enables the user to measure concentrations of one gas (IR or electrochemical). Additionally the device can present the measurement results on the liquid crystal displays and up to eight analog outputs. Independently of the built-in display unit there is also the possibility of reading the measurement results and changing the settings using the standard computer program provided.
